Why won't my list from the mobile app synchronise to the website?^

If the lists are created with EasyList prior to version 0.0.29. Then you should Edit the list you want to synchronise and Save it. You don't need to modify the list. It just needs to be re-saved with the latest version of EasyList.

Why won't my list from the website synchronise to the mobile app?^

The list will only be synchronised with the list on the website if the list on the website is newer. The list on the website is considered newer when it's been edited on the website after the last synchronisation.

Why are there exclamation marks preceding my list items on the website?^

The preceding exclamation marks are used to mark an item as checked.

What should I do if I've forgotten my password?^

When you've logged in with the wrong credentials then you are given the option to delete an account. When you click on that link then you'll be asked to type in the e-mail address and username which you've used to create the EasyList account. After you've submitted the form you'll receive an e-mail with the confirmation link. When you've clicked that link then account is deleted and you can recreate the account.

Why can't I save my list in the app using Symbian Belle?^

It has come to my attention that not all devices running Symbian Belle are using the exact same OS. Because of my limited resources I could only test the app on the N8 and PureView devices. Known incompatible devices are:
